Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your knitwear, but if you’re not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Start a Return

To begin your return, 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unless faulty, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

  • Banks and card providers may take longer to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, please contact us at online@23foxes.com.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and make a new purchase once your return has been accepted.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, and cover the return postage in this case.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalised or customised products (unless faulty)

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

  • Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received (unworn/unused, with tags and packaging). Proof of purchase is required.
